inavendy.com delivers AVENDY across Sri Lanka and, where available, internationally. At checkout you will see your complete order total, including shipping fees. When you submit your order, that total is guaranteed at the current rate.

1. Islandwide Delivery

Orders are dispatched through trusted courier partners. Delivery times vary by destination and courier schedules. You will receive a delivery estimate at checkout.

2. International Shipping Costs

International shipping is calculated from shipping speed, item count, weight, and destination country. The quoted amount is confirmed during checkout based on the items in your bag and your shipping address.

3. Duties & Taxes

Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country and depend on the country of origin of the goods. International taxes such as VAT are set by the destination country and may be collected on delivery.

4. Payment

Visa and Mastercard are available for eligible customers. We are legally required to declare the total value paid on international shipments and include an invoice with those orders.

5. Shipment Timeframes

You will be quoted a delivery promise at checkout based on destination and available shipping methods. We do our best to meet that window, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items may be returned. To start a return, call or email us with:
